windows 8.1 - Unity3d opening in background -

when start unity5 (when open unity.exe) , select project, reason starts running in background , editor window doesn't show up. when check task manager, unity running, said it's in background , can't see window. happens projects i've tried. i'm trying fresh install , keeps happening. happened unity 4.6 too.

i'm running windows 8.1 pro.
